New Starter Form

This form must be completed and returned, together with a signed copy of our terms and conditions, at least two weeks before your child starts at Walthamstow Montessori School. Please download and complete both documents, then scan / photograph the pages and send to admissions@walthamstowmontessori.com or post them to us at our Penrhyn Avenue address. (An online version of the form is not available until February 2025.)
