Please note, there is a £75 registration fee, payable by card or bank transfer using the details at the bottom of this form. Payment is required before a visit can be arranged and for your child to be placed on the waiting list.
The registration fee will be taken off your first term’s invoice or refunded to you if you notify us within 7 days of your visit that you do not wish to take up a place.
If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate form for each child. However, you only need to pay the registration fee once to cover all children.
