Please note, there is a £75 registration fee. You can pay this with a bank card using the online checkout fields at the bottom of this form, or you can pay by bank transfer. Payment is required before a visit can be arranged and for the child to be placed on the waiting list. This fee will be taken off the first term’s invoice.
If within 7 days of visiting you decide to withdraw your child from the waiting list, the registration fee will be refunded in full. However, it will not be refunded if you withdraw your child from the waiting list more than 7 days after visiting.
If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate form for each child. However, you only need to pay the registration fee once to cover all children.
