On 7 February our children had a very special visit from two furry friends.
The alpacas, Truffles and Hugo, arrived through the school doors and visited children in class before heading outside to the garden for some treats and cuddles from all those that felt happy and comfortable to do so.
Children enjoyed feeding our furry friends some of their favourite snacks such as apples, bananas and carrots. We all learnt that alpacas love being stroked and cuddled, as well as some other interesting facts!
Our wellbeing day continued, with us all enjoying some tasty fruit kebabs.
To end the day we enjoyed a yoga lesson and relaxed at the ‘mini spa’, with hand massages!
Hugo and Truffles were very grateful for their treats from the children and also had a ‘take-out’ to enjoy a little later!
